What types of Smartphones do you repair?

We repair all types of smartphones available in the market including Apple iPhone, Samsung phones, HTC, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Huawei smartphones.


I tried repairing my smartphone myself, can I still bring it in for repair or diagnostic?

Yes, no problem, please walk in to the store and bring your device.


I have multiple issues with my smartphone, can I get a deal on multiple repairs?

Yes, there is generally a discount on multiple repairs on the same device when done at the same time. Give us a call or bring your device to us for a quote.

What repairs are offered?

We specialize in cell phones (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, etc.) Tablet & iPad, PC / Laptop / Mac, and gaming console repairs.
Repair options depend on the device, but the most common repairs on smartphones and tablets are related to screen replacements and battery replacements.
For computers it’s most often a software repair (like Virus removal, re-installation, etc.) or a failed hardware component (such as a bad power supply).
For gaming consoles the issues can vary widely from common defects to issues with overheating.


How long do repairs take?

Most repairs can be done within the hour depending on the problem. 
Some repairs that require advanced diagnostics or scanning can take 1 to several days depending on how long and involved the repair process is.
We keep a stock of most repair parts needed to cut down on most repair times but in the rare case that a special part would need to be ordered that transit time would be additional.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers workmanship (labor) and protects any parts installed during the repair process for the stated period after your repair.  This means that if you have any problems with our repair work during the coverage period you simply have to take your device back to the store we will correct it.
The most important caveat to this is that our warranty covers the work specific to the job performed and protects the part against defect, so the warranty does not cover other unrelated issues that may arise nor does it cover damage caused to the parts by the user (ie- dropping a new screen and cracking it).


When are you open?

Our stores are open from 10AM to 7PM, Monday through Sunday (7 days a week).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Paypal, and Financing through SNAP Finance.


Can I bring in parts for you to install?

For most desktop computers – Yes! We can absolutely use parts you purchased elsewhere or already have during your repair or build.
For phones, tablets, laptops, and other small electronics give us a call and we can evaluate your situation.  A lot of times we choose to use our own parts over other parts brought to us because of our relationships with the manufacturers we buy from.  If we agree to use your part in a repair there would be no warranty coverage through us.
