Steve Bain - President

Steve Bain has served as the President of Simply Mac since the company was founded in August of 2006. Since inception, Bain has managed the overall strategic objectives, vision and leadership of Simply Mac. Bain also currently serves as a member of the National Reseller Advisory Board for Apple and was appointed as the chairman of this board in January 2012.

Bain has worked in the wireless and consumer technology industries for the past 20 years, including 4 years at T-Mobile USA where he served as the Channel Director of National Retail Field Sales, managing over 6000 national retail and prepaid locations across the country.

Prior to T-Mobile, Bain worked as Director of Business Development and Vice President of Retail Sales at ePhones, a wireless products company. Mr. Bain began his career in the wireless phone industry in 1992 through employment with Cellular ONE and later was the President and Co-Founder of Utah Cellular and Communications, the first chain of Cellular ONE/AT&T Wireless retail dealer locations in the Salt Lake market.

Kent Forsgren - Chief Financial Officer

Kent Forsgren is the Chief Financial Officer of Spring Mobile and Simply Mac. Forsgren joined Spring Mobile and Simply Mac in April of 2007. Forsgren’s career includes an extensive background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, M & A strategy and integration, and financial management. Most recently, Forsgren served as CFO for a Sorenson Capital portfolio company where he played a key role implementing key bank and board reporting metrics, implementation of aggressive Venture Capital strategies and procedures, and meeting financial growth goals and expectations. Prior to that, Forsgren was Chief Financial Officer of Forsgren Associates, Inc., and as Vice President / CFO for Reagan National Advertising.

Forsgren is also very involved in the local community where he is involved with several boards and committees including serving as Chairman of the Board for the Make A Wish Foundation Utah Chapter, the Director of the Oakridge Country Club and as a member of the Farmington City Planning Commission.

Pat Milligan - Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing

Pat Milligan joined Simply Mac as Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing in April of 2013. Prior to this, Milligan worked for Kraft Foods Global for more than 20 years in many important capacities including Regional Vice President of Sales, Customer Service and Logistics, Sr. Director of Sales and Chair of the Advisory Board for Brand Strategy. Milligan has extensive brand marketing experience in managing some of the world’s most well-known consumer products. In addition to his experience in business, Milligan served as a military officer, commanding troops in Europe, the Middle East and Somalia. As the Director of Information Management, he worked with some of the most advanced communications and information hardware and software in the world, culminating with his assignment to the United States Space Command and NORAD.
 
Milligan is extensively involved in the higher education community and has served for many years on the Marketing Board of the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and the National Advisory Board of the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University where he has served as its chair. Milligan received his Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University and his Undergraduate in Business from the University of Utah.

Tyler Dickman - Vice President of Marketing

In 2005 Tyler Dickman started a business called Mac Utah, LLC and operated an Apple Specialist retail store in Orem, Utah called MacSomething. There was enough success right out of the gates that after 9 months of rapid growth he recognized the need for a strategic partnership to grow the business. In September of 2006 Dickman teamed up with Spring Retail Group and founded what is now Simply Mac, Inc. MacSomething soon became Simply Mac’s first retail store and Dickman has said that he's had the privilege of working and learning from a lot of amazing people in various capacities since.

Dickman has worn a lot of hats since Simply Mac was founded, but most of his focus has been in operations and business development. He developed processes to manage inventory with industry best turn cycles and shrink metrics. In addition to managing operations, Dickman also launched a computer trade-in program as well as launched and managed the Simply Mac private label product category. Dickman has also developed and managed all of Simply Mac's online marketing and social media strategies. In January of 2013 he took over management of all marketing for the company in a new role as VP of Marketing.

Jon Chiazzese - Director of Retail Sales

Jon Chiazzese joined the Simply Mac team in 2009 where he currently serves as our Director of Retail Sales. Chiazzese's stellar leadership skills have lead our managers to consistent success and contributed significantly to the company's outstanding growth over the past year. Before serving as our Utah Market Manager, Chiazzese served as a manager at our Ft. Union location where he lead his team to multiple record quarters, earning him 3 Manager of the Quarter awards.

Before coming to Simply Mac, Chiazzese worked for Apple as an Apple Solutions Consultant at Best Buy and CompUSA where he consistently lead his teams to outstanding performances year over year.

Roger Emmer - Senior Manager - Services

Roger Emmer joined Simply Mac in August of 2007 as a Sales Representative and has since contributed immensely to Simply Mac's overall growth as a customer training supervisor, assistant store manager, and marketing intern. Emmer currently serves as our Sr. Manager of Services where he is responsible for the growth and direction of Simply Mac's stellar service department, and beloved Simply Answers program.

Emmer's outstanding leadership has yielded an award-winning service department which is recognised by Apple as a Premium Service Provider. He also assisted in launching our B2B department and serves on the US Service Advisory Board at Apple. 

Joe Rodgerson - Operations Manager

Joe Rodgerson joined the Simply Mac team in 2006 as an Operations Coordinator after working as a Junior Analyst at Spring Mobile. Rodgerson currently works as the Operations Manager where he oversees purchasing and inventory for each of our retail locations as well as managing the trade-in program.

Rodgerson graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in economics and is currently working toward his MBA. Joe is a vital member of the Simply Mac team and was a President's Club award winner in both 2009 and 2010.

Brian Orr - Senior Accounting & Finance Manager

Brian Orr was introduced to Simply Mac in early 2007 as an Accounting Clerk. SInce then, he has served in many roles including Junior Analyst, FInancials Analyst and Accounting Manager. Orr’s breadth of knowledge gained over the course of nearly six years in all his capacities have helped him to learn many different aspects of the business. He has proven to be diverse in his skill set and incredibly dependable.

Orr currently manages the day-to-day of the Accounting and Finance Department including financial reporting, banking, forecasting, budgeting, etc. He has become a seasoned and invaluable part of the Simply Mac team. Orr graduated from the University of Utah in Accounting early in 2009 and is currently preparing to pursue a Masters degree.
